Site Manager
The Role
No2 Internals Site Manager on a large high-rise residential project in Liverpool. You will assist the Senior Site Manager completing all internal works, ensuring that all works are completed to client's specification. This is an ASAP start and is due to complete end of September / early October 2023.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
As the Site Manager, you must possess the following;
* Essential you have 3+ years' experience working as a Site Manager on Residential / Apartment projects
* Joinery / Internals background
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced construction environment
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
Duties
* Maintaining quality control checks
* Liaising with internal sub-contractors
* Conducting quality and safety inspections
* Ensuring work is finished to a high standard
* Reporting on project progress to senior managers
* Ensuring high quality of workmanship is maintained at all times
* Supervising site labour (both directly employed and sub-contract)
* Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
* Assist in the supervision of construction workers and subcontractors
* Overseeing project schedules and ensuring working is completed on time
* Managing health and safety throughout the site including site safety inspection
* Ensuring a safe and tidy site is maintained at all times and that site rules are adopted by all site personnel
This is a long-term freelance position with a competitive rate (£220 - £240 per day, working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.30pm) on offer for the successful candidate.
