Requirements
For this role it is ideal but not essential that you carry the following;
* RICS accredited
It is essential that you hold the skills & experience below;
* At least 5+ years proven experience working with a recognised Estate Agents or Property Management Company
* Experienced working in a Commercial Property Manager or Residential Block Manager position
* Excellent sales and presentation skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise projects
* Strong communication and attention to details
* Indication of strong interpersonal and people management skills
The Role
* Job Title: Commercial Property Manager
* Job Type: Permanent
* Location: Office based - Horsforth, Leeds
* Reporting to: Team of Directors
Duties
* Service charge management
* Preparation of site / annual budgets
* Delivering high levels of customer service
* Organise and attend annual general meetings
* Deliver pitches to gain new business and manage clients
* Keeping up to date with and implementing the latest legislation
* Active involvement and management of insurance renewals / claims
* Explanation of leases and securing top value for money for leaseholders
* Updating and supervising all matters of health and safety and compliance
* Visiting various commercial properties and delivering practical management
* Acting as a primary point of contact for concierges, contractors and leaseholders
* Overseeing and liaise with the wider accounts team service charge budgets and all aspects of communal expenditure
* To attend appropriate seminars, courses and workshops as requested to stay up to date in the latest practices and regulatory changes
