Site Manager / Senior Foreman
Location - Carlisle, Cumbria
Pay - £240 - £250 per day
Contract - 4 months

The Project

We are looking for a Site Manager / Senior Foreman to oversee works on a caravan park in Carlisle. The role will last for a minimum of 4 months.

Role

* Overseeing the site
* Keeping records up to date
* Allocate resource efficiently - work to the site teams and individuals' strengths respectively
* Understand how to motivate the workforce
* Relationship / Rapport building with the client and internal teams to ensure delivery and satisfaction on site
* Accurate reporting of information
* Align the workforce towards the shared vision and goal ultimately working towards the satisfaction of the client]
* Proficient in Microsoft office suite; incl Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.
