The Project
As a highly experienced Senior Site Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations on a £10m new Build Healthcare Scheme in West Yorkshire.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
It is also essential that you hold the experience below;
* Previous experience working on new build / refurbishment projects with build values in excess of £5m+

Duties
* Progress reporting
* Chair and attend site meetings
* Conduct regular quality inspections
* Carry out programme and budget evaluations
* Liaising with the end client and key stakeholders
* Management of onsite labour and subcontractors
* Oversee and implement health & safety regulations
* Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
* Liaise with the commercial team on estimating costs and timeframes
