Electrical Project Manager

Our client is a major M&E contractor delivering projects nationwide. And a result of a recent project win we are looking to recruit an electrical project manager to run a major scheme in Stockport. The position is a site based, non-working role overseeing the electrical aspects of the fit out of a car park and office block. Working alongside your counterpart, you will be managing a team installing standard electrical systems and services.
The successful applicant will meet the following criteria:
* Electrically biased project manager
* Experience leading major M&E schemes
* Electrically qualified
* SSSTS as a minimum
* Ideally have first aid and health and safety qualifications
* Comfortable working with clients and managing subcontractors
* Happy leading meetings and giving briefings
* You must be IT literate
* Must have own laptop
* Full driving license
* Happy to be based in the Stockport area
