My client is a National Civil Engineering contractor who are looking for a Senior Agent / Project Manager to join their business on a freelance basis to deliver works within Area 12.



The contractor specialises in the delivery of Structural Repair, Bridge Repair /Replacement, Concrete Repair etc.



Contract duration - 12 Months+



Engagement - Outside IR35



Duties

* Site inductions & toolbox talks
* Writing & updating daily records & RAMS
* Liaise with client and any consultants engaged in the project
* Managing health & safety on site
* Ordering plant & materials for site
* Supervise and monitor the progress and quality of work produced by site labour force and sub-contractors
* Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
* Introduce improvements and innovation where possible.



Requirements

* 2 years+ relevant sector experience
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
* SMSTS
* Should have good record-keeping skills & be computer literate
* Must have valid UK driving license
