Project Manager

The Company

Our client is a Main Contractor who has just secure a long term framework with Highways England. £20m+ to upgrade and extend the life of client's structures. They have over 65 years experience in the market consistently working collaboratively with clients to build and maintain strong relations.

They require a Senior Project Manager & Project Manager to join the business. They operate across multiple sectors so their cash flow and work bank is very strong.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* Degree Qualified but not essential
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* You will also need to have civils / structures experience
* Experience as a project manager delivering civil infrastructure projects

The Role

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects under your guidance are completed on time and within budget. It is essential in this role that you communicate with the Senior Management team.

Duties

* Lead onsite construction activities as the lead Project Manager
* Liaise and manage on site manage team sub - contractors
* Create the project strategy and an implementation plan
* Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager
* Prepare project budgets and manage costs on the client's behalf
* Ensure project is on / ahead of time and re - programme as required
* Ensure company H&S and quality standards are all upheld
