Electrical Design Engineer

Our client is an established rail contractor looking to recruit an electrical design engineer in Sheffield or York.

The successful applicant will be delivering designs for Rail LV power systems for various Network Rail Schemes.

To apply for this position you must meet the following criteria:
* Established electrical design engineer with demonstrable experience
* Experience designing rail LV systems including points heating, 650v signalling power supplies, depot lighting and trackside power, or:

* Experience working as an electurcal building services design engineer with an interest in learning about the above mentioned systems
* Experience of relevant design software such as Amtech and Microstation
* Ideally educated to HNC or higher in electrical engineering

This is a salaried role based ideally in Sheffield, although York is a potential option.
