Rate £280-290 a day

Our client is a reputable civil engineering and groundworks contractor.

They are currently working on a large development project based in Liverpool, and they are looking for an experience Project Manager to join the team.

This project is the development of new 8 storey apartment block.

Experience Required

* Previous experience as a Project Manager
* Professional qualification - desirable
* All relevant qualifications (CSCS)
* SMSTS
* Must have 5 years experience as Site Manager/Project Manager/Senior Engineer with a reputable RC frame/groundworks contractor
* Experience dealing with tier 1 main contractors
* Ability to manage staff at all levels
* First aid qualification
* Management and health and safety qualifications
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Strong IT skills
