Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* MCIPD qualified
It is also essential that you hold the skills & experience below;
* Excellent presentation skills

* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Up to date working knowledge of employment law, and experience of practical application of this in a complex business environment
The Role
* Job Title: HR Business Partner
* Job Type: Permanent
* Reporting to: HR Director
* Location: Buckinghamshire - with flexible hybrid working as an option
Duties
* Prepare monthly KPI reports
* Contribute towards L&D plans where relevant
* Manage employee absence levels and trends effectively
* Ensuring a value driven and diverse decision making process
* Support the future skills teams in planning and executing training
* Promote a high-performance culture by successfully managing employee relations
* Strong relationship building skills in order to advise and influence senior management
* Assist Group HR Manager in managing and executing annual performance related bonus'
* Support Group HR Manager to identify areas of skill shortages and any demographic trends of concern
* To be a strong representative of the HR Business partnering and processing across your selected regions
* Oversee project talent review process, and work with ops teams to ensure succession plan in place for key roles
* Monitor and manage employee engagement across all sectors and identify areas that require improved engagement
* Ensuring that internal talent is identified and developed and that employees are provided with suitable training and support with growth and succession plans
* Provide support to the Group HR Manager & Group Resourcing manager with resource forecasting for your dedicated areas with a focus on onboarding to minimise unhealthy turnover
* Ensure that via the appraisal/Talent Review process, all people in agreed employee groups have current goals/objectives, against which individual performance accountabilities are measured
* Repeatedly support and work within the HR Service
