Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:



Will be involved in full scope of project Preconstruction into Completion - Jobs ranging from £50k - £1 million. Work is heavily leant towards fit outs of commercial buildings and full construction.



Experience wanted:

2-5 years as a QS - Graduate Background.

Pre-Construction:

* Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
* Support in tender documentation and contractor selection.

Construction Phase:

* Monitor and report on project costs, tracking against the budget.
* Assist with processing payments to contractors and suppliers.

Post-Construction:

* Help in preparing final accounts, reconciling costs against the budget.
* Contribute to the project close-out, including cost reports and handover documentation



This is a Permanent Position paying between £40,000 - £50,000 + Car allowance.
