The Project
As a highly experienced Site Manager, you will play a key role overseeing various commercial and education projects across the North, with project values up to £5m. From overseeing schedules and managing resources to conducting site inspections and ensuring adherence to regulations, your expertise in problem-solving, coordination, and leadership will be essential in delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS Card
It is also essential that you hold the experience below;
* Proven history of successfully delivering various projects within the commercial or education sectors
* Extensive background in the industry with at least 3 years of experience of operating in a number one Site Manager position or similar for a well-known contractor

* Extensive health and safety knowledge
* Effective communication skills, verbal and written
* Ability to organise and manage project schedules
* A solid understanding of relevant regulations and standards
* Proven ability to lead, support, and direct a team effectively
* In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and building processes
* Exceptional focus on detail to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
