The Project

As an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor, you will play a key role on the refurbishment of an existing Industrial Unit in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the work of electrical teams and subcontractors, conducting regular inspections, and addressing technical issues as they arise. This role is essential to delivering a safe, reliable, and efficient electrical system for the refurbishment.



Requirements



For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;



* SSSTS or SMSTS
* CSCS / JIB / ECS Card
* First Aid - Desirable not essential



It is also essential that you hold the experience below;



* Proven industry expertise with a track record of successfully supervising electrical works on commercial projects
* Comprehensive background within the industry with at least 2 years of experience working in an Electrical Site Supervisor position or similar

* Strong electrical knowledge
* Capacity to prioritise health and safety effectively
* Good knowledge of construction laws and regulations
* A solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and techniques
* Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations pertaining to finishing tasks
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a thorough meticulous eye for detail
* A wide understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards relevant to the industry
