Business Development / Office caller



My client are a leading Fit out construction contractor looking to onboard 2 Office callers due to their ambition to retain clients and bring in new business within the company.



Perfect Candidate:

Have 2+ Years experience in Business Development with a fit out Contractor / Construction company.

Duties & Requirements:

* Calling Leads provided by BD Team 90% of project
* Developing Vertical Markets
* Research companys looking to trade with & know Contacts within businesses
* Make Contact with new clients / Set up and Book introductory meetings,
* Keep track of all interactions with leads and clients, ensuring accurate records.
* Following Up on Leads - Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
* Collaborating with Internal Teams - Work closely with BD, Marketing, and Operations to align outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
* Providing Market Insights - Gather and share insights from conversations with prospects to help shape sales and marketing strategies.
* Meeting KPIs and Sales Targets - Work towards set targets for calls, meetings booked, and conversions.



Salary banded between £27k - £37k plus performance bonuses.
