A well-established and growing construction firm is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding team. Specialising in small to medium-sized public sector projects, the company has a strong track record in delivering housing, education, healthcare, and heritage restoration projects. Key Responsibilities:

* Managing project costs from inception to completion
* Preparing estimates, valuations, and cost reports
* Identifying and managing risks, variations, and claims
* Negotiating contracts and procurement strategies
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure cost-effective delivery
* Ensuring compliance with contractual and financial procedures

What We're Looking For:

* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of cost management, pricing strategy, and budgeting
* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred)
