Job Title: Financial Controller - Construction

Salary: £55k - £65k Plus Package

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage the financial operations within a fast-track Leisure & Hospitality construction company, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

Key Duties:

* Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Manage cash flow for project needs.
* Develop and monitor project budgets.
* Provide financial reports to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and tax filings.
* Collaborate with project managers on financial targets.
* Prepare cost breakdowns for contracts.
* Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls.

Requirements:

* Experience in financial management within the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
