Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor role:



Will be involved in full scope of project Preconstruction into Completion - Jobs ranging from £350k - £10 million. Work is a mix of New build, Fit out and construction.



Experience wanted:

4+ Years as A Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Background preferred.

Pre-Construction:

* Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
* Support in tender documentation and contractor selection.

Construction Phase:

* Monitor and report on project costs, tracking against the budget.
* Assist with processing payments to contractors and suppliers.

Post-Construction:

* Help in preparing final accounts, reconciling costs against the budget.
* Contribute to the project close-out, including cost reports and handover documentation



This is a Permanent Position paying between £65,000 £75,000 All inclusive (No package Included)
