Marketing Coordinator
Marketing Co-ordinator role.
responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Marketing and Business Development:
1 Keeping the CRM system updated at all times
2 Ensure tender tracking software is kept updated with all new information and developments
3 Draft social media posts on a weekly+ basis
4 Create and maintain image library
5 Ensure up-to-date library of marketing collateral, including (but not limited to) case studies, capability documents and presentations
6 Co-ordinate company events and attend to welcome and check guests in
7 Co-ordinate tracker of events for Inside to attend
8 Support the preparation of tender submission documents (knowledge/experience of InDesign would be useful)
Pre-construction team administration:
1 Filing and checking tender documents received
2 Arranging tender meetings
3 Co-ordinating diaries of tender teams
4 Supporting with the administration of sub-contractor quotes
General office administration duties:
1 Raising purchase orders
2 Organising post (minimal)
3 Ensuring refreshments arranged for meetings in the Birmingham office
4 Keeping the office organised
5 Filing
6 Answering the phone and receiving guests
7 Any other administrative duties required for the smooth running of the office
