Assistant Site Manager

The Project

Assistant Site Manager / No.2 Site Manager to oversee works on a hospital in Hull. This is due to start on Monday 27th January 2025 with a total duration of 1-2 years on days.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

* Joinery background is preferred

* SMSTS (Essential)
* CSCS Card (Essential)
* 3 Day First Aid (Essential)

Duties

* Performing site inductions
* Assist with coordinating handovers and sign offs
* Assist the No1 SM running the project
* Responsible for the successful completion and handover of sections of work on site
* Ensuring quality standards are achieved.
* Communicate effectively with the client, sub-contractors and senior management team
