The Project

As an experienced Site Engineer, you will work closely with site and technical teams to offer engineering expertise and ensure the successful delivery of a new housing development in Stockton-on-Tees. You will be responsible for ensuring your section of works are completed efficiently and to the required quality standards while also conducting thorough surveys.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* Relevant industry qualification within technical / engineering topics
* SMSTS and/or SSSTS - desirable not essential
* CSCS Card

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Strong background in the industry with at least 5 years of experience of operating in a Site Engineer position for a well-established house builder / within the housing sector

Duties

* Surveying
* Quality assurance
* Assist in the process of tendering
* Generate as-built surveys and record data
* Assist in the preparation of key status reports
* Manage relationships with consultants and stakeholders
* Provide technical/engineering support to the wider business
* Analyse and execute technical drawings, plans, and specifications
* Provide engineering assistance to site teams and internal departments
* Manage the coordination of utility appointments, including designs, quotations, and necessary agreements
