The Project
As a highly experienced Project Director, you will lead the delivery of a £70m new build high-rise residential development based in West Yorkshire. You will oversee the project from conception to completion, interacting with both internal stakeholders and the client. You must be able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results and ensure the project is delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
It is also essential that you hold the experience below;
* An extensive background within the industry with at least 5 years of experience working in a Project Director or equivalent position on large scale projects
* Experience of working with a leading construction contractor delivering various core sector projects including residential and commercial developments
* Proven industry and leadership expertise with vast experience leading a construction team on a similar size project
