The Project

As a highly experienced Senior Site Manager, your role will be key in the successful demolition, build and fit out of an educational development in East Yorkshire. You will lead the project team on site, ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and carefully manage documentation/ progress reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS Black Card

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Experience delivering projects in the education sector is advantageous however all candidates with extensive, all-rounded, industry experience are of interest
* Proven history of delivering new build / refurbishment projects in excess of £1m in a Senior Site Management role or a similar position
* Proven background within the industry with at least 5 years of experience working with a leading construction contractor or subcontractor
