The Project
As a highly experienced Senior Site Manager, your role will be key in the successful handover of a healthcare refurbishment in Lincolnshire. You will lead the project team on site, ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and carefully manage documentation/ progress reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS Black Card
It is also essential that you hold the experience below;
* Experience delivering projects in the healthcare sector is advantageous however all candidates with extensive, all-rounded, industry experience are of interest
* Proven history of delivering new build / refurbishment projects in excess of £1m in a Senior Site Management role or a similar position
* Proven background within the industry with at least 5 years of experience working with a leading construction contractor or subcontractor
