Role:



Senior Estimator / Estimator for an exciting ever growing Manchester Based Construction Company specializing in Fit out works of commercial and retail spaces.



Estimator Duties

1 Initial Cost Estimates: Reviewing project plans and specifications to develop preliminary cost estimates.
2 Detailed Quantity Take-offs: Performing accurate measurements and calculations of materials, labour, and equipment.
3 Budget Development: Compiling detailed budgets, adjusting for project updates.
4 Cost Analysis and Value Engineering: Identifying potential savings and recommending cost-effective solutions.
5 Bid Preparation: Preparing and submitting competitive bids with complete documentation.
6 Subcontractor and Supplier Coordination: Obtaining and evaluating quotes to align with project budgets.

Must haves

1 Background in Estimating, Buying
2 Fit out knowledge - Commercial CAT A/B
3 Background in Construction
4 BSC Hons, Masters, Degree, 5+ Years Experience in Estimating





This is a perm role, My client will pay between £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience is right. Flexible work / Life balance - Working from home available.
