Contracts manager

The Role:

Contracts manager - Overseeing multiple quick turnaround Retail fit outs, Between 4/5 at a time - Jobs Usually take between 3 days and 4 weeks - Nationwide

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* Time served joiner essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure

Duties

* Coordinating handovers and sign offs
* Have "Power Project Programming" system knowledge
* Implement and improve existing procedures
* Update and check against the construction Programme
* Be able to handle running multiple projects at a time
* Work well under pressure / To a deadline
* Ensuring quality standards are achieved implementing inspection and test plans.
* Communicate effectively with the client, sub - contractors and senior management team



This is a Permanent role and requires the candidate to live in and around the NW.



Salary: £55,000+ Fuel card,
