The Project
As a seasoned Site Manager, your role will be crucial in coordinating and supervising every facet of an Office Fit Out Project located in Preston, Lancashire. Your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and quality standards, while fostering clear communication among the client and project team to facilitate a seamless project delivery.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
* Asbestos Awareness
It is also essential that you hold the experience below;
* Positive track record of successfully overseeing and completing various office fit out projects, withholding similar values
* Extensive background within the industry in a Site Manager position or similar, working with a well established construction contractor

* Keep track of project expenditures, remaining within budget constraints
* Oversee workmanship and materials to verify they align with project standards
