The Project

As an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be playing a crucial role in overseeing various groundworks, highways, concrete works and general civils projects, based in Yorkshire with values between £500k - £15m. You will be responsible for managing project costs effectively, optimising value for money, and ensuring the financial success of groundworks, highways, concrete works, and general civils projects.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar field

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* History of delivering civils projects such as groundworks, highways, concrete works and general civils with values in excess of £500k - £15m in a similar position
* Extensive background, 5 years minimum with a proven track record of success on civils projects with a proven major main contractor or subcontractor
