Electrical Contracts Manager

Our client is a M&E infrastructure contractor operating nationally

With workload looking very strong for the rest of 2024 and beyond, they are looking to recruit an additional electrical contracts manager to manage a variety of schemes in the Bournemouth area

Key duties will include:

* Scoping and pricing new opportunities
* Managing a variety of schemes ranging in value form £50k to £2million
* Managing subcontractors
* Continuous development of project programmes
* Planning and resourcing of projects
* Acting as an onsite HSEQ champion
* Managing CDM activities
* Excellent IT and documentation skills

To apply for this role you must meet the following criteria:

* Established electrical contracts manager with relevant M&E industry experience
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Stakeholder management skills
* Strong budgetary acumen
* Relevant engineering or trades background
* You must be based within a commutable distance to Bournemouth
* You must be based in the UK, have UK based experience and be fully eligible to work in the country
