The Project
As a Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience, you will be playing a significant role in numerous large commercial and education refurbishment projects, across the North West. You will be required to ensure effective and smooth project execution by overseeing cost management, procurement, contract administration, risk assessment, quality control, and client communication.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* A proven track record of completing various similar projects to a high industry standard
* Extensive background, 5 years minimum of effectively operating in a Quantity Surveyor position or similar, with a record of success working on various large commercial and education refurbishment projects

* Prepare and manage contracts efficiently with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
* Regularly engage and collaborate with the team, providing comprehensive project updates
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for project costs, contracts, and procurement activities
