Site Manager Role - Manchester City Centre

The Project

As a highly experienced Site Manager you will be overseeing a cladding project in City Centre of Manchester. You will play a crucial role within the site management team and wider business to ensure that all works are continuously completed to a high-quality standard, in budget and on time.



Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Previous experience in working in a very similar role within the industry, withholding a construction background

Additional skills;

* Strong leadership skills
* Effective time management abilities
* Clear and effective communication skills, written and verbal
* Knowledgeable of health and safety regulations and protocols
* Demonstrated capability in establishing and maintaining relationships

Duties

* Health & Safety
* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Induction / Toolbox Talks
* Quality Inspections / Snagging
* Ordering / Receiving of materials
* Attending and Participating in Project meetings
* Management of onsite labour including subcontractors
* Reporting in to and working closely with the Senior Management Team
