The Project

As an experienced Planner, you will play a pivotal role in project planning and scheduling across a wide range of sectors, including MoD, MoJ, education, healthcare, residential, commercial, and leisure projects with values in excess of £30m+ . With your expertise in planning software and methodologies, you will lead the development of detailed project schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of projects. Your input will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of projects, contributing to the growth and success of the organisation.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you hold the experience below;

* Extensive background within the industry with at least 5 years of experience working with tier 1 and tier 2 leading construction contractors
* A demonstrated track record of working on new build/refurbishment projects with build values in excess of £10m in a comparable role
* A proven track record of delivering high quality plans and schedules on projects that were successfully delivered on time and within budget

* Strong communication and attention to details
* Flexibility to adapt to changes and revise project plans as needed
* Understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices
* Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methodologies
* Competent in utilizing planning software and methodologies to develop elaborate project schedules
* Proven track record in planning and project management, preferably within the construction industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project planning, scheduling, and analysis
