The Projects
As an experienced Site Manager, you will be playing a significant role overseeing the succession of Refurb Schemes, based in Rochdale, Derby & Goole. It is crucial that you will be coordinating various aspects of the construction process to ensure the successful completion of the project. You will be ensuring the smooth and successful execution of the refurb project, meeting quality standards, adhering to timelines, and satisfying the needs and expectations of all stakeholders involved.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid
It is also essential that you hold the experience below;
* Holds an extensive amount of experienced within construction
* Withholds a significant time frame of working in a similar position
* History of managing a range of refurb projects up to a high industry standard

* Competent IT / software skills
* Health and Safety knowledge
* Ability to lead and guide a team
* Effective communication skills, verbal and written
* Ability to organize and manage project schedules
* Knowledgeable of construction processes, techniques, and materials

The Role

Duties
* Chair regular site meetings
* Report directly to Contracts Manager
* Supervise and monitor health and safety
* Liaise with stakeholders and sub-contractors
* Coordinate tasks among various construction phases
* Provide guidance and support to project teams, assuring they are motivated and focused
* Create and implement a thorough project plan, including milestones, schedules and timelines
* Maintain strong relationships with the local community, addressing any concerns within projects
* Adjust to alterations in project conditions, unexpected challenges, or modifications in project scope
