Site Supervisor

The Role

Site Supervisor overseeing a group of subcontractors performing cavity wall installation works on residential blocks in Bradford. This is position starts 04/03/2024 and has a duration of 4-5 weeks, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

For this role you must possess the following;

* CSCS Card
* SSSTS
* 3 Day First Aid
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure

Duties

* Managing and reporting Health & Safety
* Liasing with tenants and ensuring clear communication
* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Induction / Toolbox Talks
* Quality Inspections
* Attending and Participating in Project meetings
* Management of onsite labour including subcontractors
* Reporting in to and working closely with the Senior Management Team
