They are a skilful team and work together efficiently to oversee client satisfaction.
The Projects
As an experienced Site Manager, working closely and reporting to the Project Manager, you will be overseeing the project success of various retail schemes, Nationwide.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid
It is also essential that you hold the experience below;
* Previous experience in Site Managing retail schemes
* Experience in travelling Nationwide

* Excellent time keeping
* Strong attention to details
* Leading and management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident and proactive in managing own work load
* Ability to multitask and prioritize projects under pressure

Duties
* Health & Safety
* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Inductions / Toolbox Talks
* Management of onsite labour
* Chair and attend site meetings
* Quality Inspections / Snagging
* Ordering / Receiving of materials
* Carry out programme and budget evaluations
* Attending and Participating in Project meetings
Pay Structure:
£21/hour - Standard hours. £22/hour - Nights. £23/hour - Weekends.
You will be given a van, fuel card and £25/night for working away to cover meals etc.
All accommodation is paid for.
