Dedicated to developing high standard luxury schemes to ensure client satisfaction, specialising in residential care homes. They have up to 25 years' experience within the industry and hold a knowledgeable perspective on a large range of services. They hold a successful track record of delivering prestigious projects to an exceptional industry standard.



The Project

As an experienced Freelance Site / Finishing Manager, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of a £10m New Build Care Home in Hull. You will oversee the fast-track delivery of all internal / finishing aspects of the project, ensuring a smooth and successful completion, whilst adhering to strict timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS Card

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Excellent knowledge of finishing and snagging with a strong eye for detail
* Experienced of delivering fast track multi room projects such as student accommodation, hotels, PRS or care homes

The Role

* Job Title: Site Manager
* Project: £10m New Build Care Homes
* Duration: 4 Months
* Reporting to: Project Manager

Duties

* Ordering materials
* Maintaining quality control checks
* Liaising with internal sub-contractors
* Conducting quality and safety inspections
* Ensuring work is finished to a high standard
* Reporting on project progress to senior managers
* Signing off and handing completed work over to the client
* Overseeing finishing trades and labour throughout the site
* Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
* Assist in the supervision of construction workers and subcontractors
* Overseeing project schedules and ensuring working is completed on time
* Managing health and safety throughout the site including site safety inspections
