The Project

As an experienced Site Supervisor, you will be overseeing the construction of a concrete frame on a £20m New Build School, in Perthshire

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* SSSTS
* CSCS Card

It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

* Slipform construction (desirable)
* Experience of working with concrete frame

Additional skills;

* Strong leadership skills
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent time management skills
* Excellent communication, written and verbal
* Knowledgeable in construction methods and techniques
* Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices

Duties

* Health & Safety
* Progress Reporting
* Updating Site Diaries
* Inductions / Toolbox Talks
* Management of onsite labour
* Chair and attend site meetings
* Quality Inspections / Snagging
* Ordering / Receiving of materials
* Carry out programme and budget evaluations
* Attending and Participating in Project meetings
