The Project
We are looking for an experienced Site Administrator / Document Controller to work on a £20m New Build Apartment Block in Leeds City Centre. You will ensure that all documentation is scanned, uploaded, filed and distributed to the relevant team in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
For this role, you must hold the below experience as a minimum -
* Site based experience of providing administrative support on a construction project
* Good working knowledge of document control software such as Asite, SharePoint or Viewpoint

* Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling

* Proficiency in maintaining detailed records of incoming and outgoing project documents
The Role
* Job Title: Site Administrator / Document Controller
* Project: £20m New Build Apartment Block, Leeds City Centre
* Duration: 24 Months+
* Reporting to: Site Manager
Duties
* Filing, typing, scanning
* General site admin duties
* Faxing / Photocopying / Emailing
* Meeting and greeting site visitors
* Sorting incoming / outgoing documents
* Regularly update the document register
* Record plant and materials received to site
* Update site notice boards / Health & Safety Signage
* Review and update the document register as required
* Providing assistance with site timesheets when required
* Answer incoming calls and handle general correspondence
* Act as the go-between between the Site Team and Design Team
* Liaise with the Design Team to receive and distribute drawings and other document
* Keep records of all communication, meetings, and decisions made during the construction process
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and other relevant paperwork
