Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

* Previous experience in construction compliance administration or a related field.
* Familiarity with MY Compliance software or similar compliance management tools.
* Strong understanding of construction industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge and understanding of Construction related certificates and industry accreditations.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

* Utilise MY Compliance software to record and manage information related to plant, vehicles, construction staff qualifications, and industry accreditations.
* Ensure timely and accurate documentation of compliance records, certifications, and licenses.
* Collaborate with construction teams to gather necessary compliance information and address any discrepancies.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to industry regulations and company standards.
* Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
* Serve as a liaison between construction teams and regulatory authorities to facilitate inspections and audits.
