Customer Liaison Officer

The Project
As an experienced Customer Liaison Officer, you will be working across a number of social housing sites in the East Ridings area, supporting residents while planned maintenance works are being carried out on their properties. Works will; include kitchen & bathroom upgrades, window & door replacement, rewiring and external refurbishments. You will be the first point of call for tenants and work closely with the site managers, contractors and the client to ensure everything runs smoothly and a high level of service is provided.
Requirements
For this role you should hold the experience below as a minimum;
* Full drivers' licence
* Strong communicator and skilled at building relationships
* NVQ in Customer Care or Customer Service (preferred but not essential)
* Previous experience in a similar role or within the housing / social housing sector

Duties
* Minimising and managing complaints
* Coordinating the access of trades people
* Update trackers with customer information
* Liaise with customers to discuss their needs
* Admin and answering queries by email and phone
* Maintain up to date records of documents, including complaints and compliments
* Responsible for keeping lines of communication open between all parties to ensure the smooth running of the works
* Named point of contact between tenants and contractors, providing regular updates to both parties and managing expectations
