Site Manager (12 Month Contract)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to lead a prestigious £7 million new build hotel project in North Yorkshire. The project is set to commence in one month, with an estimated duration of six months. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key player in the construction of a landmark hospitality establishment.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a track record in new build projects ranging from £5 million - £10 million.
* SMSTS / CSCS Card / 3 Day First Aid
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
* Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
Duties:
* Oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of the project.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.
* Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
* Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders.
* Manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and labor, to achieve project objectives.
* Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
* Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
