Site Manager
The Role
Site Manager overseeing a group of subcontractors performing fit out & refurbishment works on a £6 million Leisure project in Liverpool. The project scope includes completing internal demolition and new build structures followed by a full fit out with the programme duration of 26 weeks (includes potential weekend works).
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
For this role you must possess the following;
* CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* 3 Day First Aid
* Asbestos Awareness
* Previous experience delivering large new build & fit out projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
Duties
* Act as the No.1 Site Manager with a visiting Project Manager (2 days a week)
* Managing and reporting Health & Safety
* Progress Reporting
* Programme Updates as required
* Updating Site Diaries
* Induction / Toolbox Talks
* Update and implement RAMS
* Quality Inspections
* Leading on site meetings
* Management of onsite labour including subcontractors
* Reporting in to and working closely with the Senior Management Team
