The Company

The Project

You will work from the Head Office in Leeds and provide support to the Customer Service Manager and Senior Management team across a range of construction projects including schools, prisons, hospitals and leisure up to £30m in value. Occasional nationwide travel to site will be required. Must have good attention to detail and be competent using various computer programmes such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following skills;

The Role

* Job Title: Customer Services Assistant
* Project: £30m Large Range of Projects
* Duration: 12 Months +
* Reporting to: Customer Service Manager
* Working Hours: 8 - 4 or 9 - 5

Duties

* Prepare defect trackers
* Monitor attendance defects
* Produce handover documents
* Guide Soft Landing and O&M Manuals
* Attend site meetings across the UK and on Teams
* Provide cover for Customer Services Manager when required
* Communicating and liaising by email / phone with clients and sub-contractors
* Managing the Defect email mailbox each day and responding to emails accordingly
* Oversee the liaison with Site Project Manager for new project appointments and go through defect process
