The Project
The Project Support Coordinator will assist in the smooth operation of one or multiple projects at one time. They will ensure various aspects of administration and reporting are completed precisely and on time to support project deadlines. This role is on a temp to perm basis for the successful candidate.
Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 9am - 5:30pm (1hr Lunch)
Friday: 8am - 4:30pm (1hr Lunch)
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you hold the skills & experience below;
* Full Driving License
* Experience in a Project Support / Project Administration role in the construction industry
* Competent with IT
The Role
* Job Title: Project Support Coordinator
* Location: Blyth, North East
* Contract: Temp to Perm (3 Months)
* Reporting to: Project Manager
Duties
* Raising material requisitions
* Maintaining office consumables and purchasing when stock is low
* Uploading documents using the relevant systems and software
* Collection of timesheet data to enable accurate payroll submission
* Processing purchases of labour, repairs, exchanges and plant using the associated software's
* Completion of reports on project progress to the company stakeholders in the appropriate timeframe
* Updating company databases with employee training competencies
* General administration duties
