They target on going above and beyond their expectations to gain client satisfaction and approval, resulting in long lasting client relationships.



The Project

As an experienced Senior Project Manager, you'll be integral in leading the delivery of a £40m High Rise Recladding Scheme, spanning nine blocks in Manchester. Under your direction, the scheme must ensure seamless adherence to specifications, budgetary constraints, and timely completion of works

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Valid CSCS Card

* Strong leadership qualities
* Excellent communication, verbal and written
* Proven experience of successfully delivering Façade / Cladding Projects

The Role

* Job Title: Senior Project Manager
* Project: £40m Recladding Scheme, Salford
* Duration: 2 Years
* Reporting to: Construction Director

Duties

* Carry out health and safety procedures
* Supporting and leading the project team
* Establish strong long lasting stakeholder relationships
* Working closely with and reporting to a Construction Director
* Monitor progress of project team by holding reviews regularly
* Planning and overall control of site operations to ensure that the project targets are achieved
* Impose strict snagging, handover and aftercare measures to achieve zero defects upon completion
* Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions
* Organising and overseeing the site team and all construction procedures to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
* Monitor and control of sub-contractors on site and developing subcontractor relationships to ensure the successful delivery of the project
* Work closely with internal teams, external consultants, and client representatives to establish clear communication channels and foster collaboration
