The Company

Our client is a skilled contractor who holds over 20 years of experience within the construction industry, they have extensive experience with developments across a range of sectors, however specialise in groundworks, drainage and hard landscaping. They operate in various locations around the UK and hold an impressive track record of safely delivering projects within budget and to a high standard.



The Project

As an experienced Site Engineer, reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be ensuring the success of the groundworks package on a £10m New Build Residential Development, based in York, North Yorkshire

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

* Valid CSCS Card
* Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Engineer

The Role

* Job Title: Site Engineer
* Project: New Build Residential Development in York
* Duration: 12 Months
* Reporting to: Project Manager

Duties

* Surveying
* Setting Out
* Problem solving
* Quality Assurance
* Reporting to Project Manager
* Adhere to current H&S regulations
* Create as built surveys and log data
* Attend and contribute in project related meetings
* Provide progress updates to The Senior Management Team
* Provide Technical Advice to Project Team members and Clients
