The Company

A market leading off-site construction contractor with over 50 years in the build industry. They provide a diversity of works with a portfolio of high-profile public and private framework projects with values in excess of £50m+ alongside an extensive list of future works in the pipeline.



The Project

As an experienced Site Administrator, you will play a key role providing administrative support to the project team on a New Build Apartments Block, based in Liverpool. This is a low carbon development valued at £30m.

Requirements

* Previous construction related administration experience is preferred but not essential

The Role

* Job Title: Site Administrator
* Project: £30m New Build Apartments, Liverpool
* Duration: 5 weeks
* Reporting to: Site Manager

Duties

* Maintaining office systems
* Keeping records up to date
* Dealing with incoming e-mail and post
* Receiving and replying to email queries
* Printing, scanning binding / filing documents
* General admin support as required to the team
* Management of PPE for new starters and visitors
* Ordering stationery / materials for the project team
* Use Outlook, Word and Excel on a day-to-day basis
* Providing support to our Project team when required
* Booking meeting rooms and buffet lunches as requested
* Welcoming visitors and staff and giving access to the building
* Producing documents, reports and presentations to a high standard
* Liaising with staff and clients in an effective and professional manner
* Ensure the team is compliant with all company Standards and Procedures
