The construction industry affects every aspect of the built environment in which we all live: it’s the literal roof over your head, the leisure centre you take your kids swimming in at the weekend, the railway you get to work on and the office you’re employed at. We always knew we wanted to enhance society, not just physically, but holistically. In 2021 we were able to realise this ambition and were happy to announce the launch of The Caval Foundation.

The aim of the foundation is to raise funds and awareness on behalf of eight charitable organisations. These important charities provide essential support to vulnerable people in the local communities in which we operate. Their causes mean an awful lot to us; each charity was chosen by members of our team for very personal reasons.

Our regular financial donations, which we raise through a combination of fundraising initiatives and a company-wide salary sacrifice scheme, are then added to a percentage of our profits to provide ongoing monetary support.
